The Holster Body – Limited Lifetime Warranty

The lifetime warranty on the holster body applies to any holster purchased directly through Zorn Holsters, LLC., either directly at our shop in Mesa or through www.zornholsters.com, or if you register a holster that you have purchased through one of our retail partners. Lifetime warranties do not transfer.

The holster body is the riveted or folded together Kydex shell that directly surrounds the weapon or accessory, and is warrantied for life against wear and tear and defects.

User Modifications

The lifetime warranty extends to original manufacturing defects and wear and tear only. Any unauthorized user modifications to the body of the holster by the user from the original product specification immediately voids the lifetime warranty. We offer most modifications free of charge or a for a small fee.

The Holster Hardware – Defects Only

“Hardware” is defined as rubber grommets, spacers, screws, bolts, screw posts, washers, or threaded inserts. The hardware is covered under a defects only replacement warranty.

By opening the package and taking possession of your holster, you are agreeing to do your due diligence to check the hardware on your holster on a daily basis. If you lose any hardware through neglect or misuse, they can be purchased from us for a fee either from our website or our shop.

Defective or damaged hardware, that is returned to us, will be replaced free of charge, plus additional shipping and handling.

The Holster Mounts and Attachments – 1 Year Warranty

“Attachments” are the belt mounts and mounting accessories, excluding “Hardware”, that attach the product to the end user. Attachments are covered under a one year warranty from the date of receipt. After the warranty period expires, “Attachments” can be purchased for a fee from our shop or through the website at https://zorn.wpengine.com.

Third Party Products – Varies

Any third party products from outside vendors, not manufactured by Zorn Holsters, LLC., are subject to their own respective manufacturers warranties. Before you contact Zorn Holsters, LLC., contact the manufacturer and check the warranty information for that product first.

Warranty Process

Contact us at support@zornholsters.com to begin your warranty process for a defective holster. You will need to have the original order ID or receipt available for us when submitting for warranty work. If we no longer carry the specific holster product, gun model, color, or style of holster from the original product, we will replace with an equivalent product of our choosing from our current catalog of offerings.

All warrantied products are shipped at our standard rate of $6 through USPS First Class service.

Firearms Safety Agreement

These warnings should be read prior to the use of any holsters or products sold by Zorn Holsters, LLC. All firearms are potentially dangerous weapons. Firearms should be kept out of reach of children. The use of a handgun under any conditions may be dangerous. Serious personal injury or even death could occur without the proper training in the safe handling of firearms by an accredited safety course. No person should handle any firearm unless such person has successfully passed an accredited firearms safety program. Great care should be used when handling, storing, or transporting firearms.

Testing a Holster for Proper Fit

Never place a loaded handgun in a holster without first testing in an unloaded condition. Our holsters are designed to fit factory equipped guns. Any modifications made to the handgun may cause an improper fit and could potentially lead to the gun discharging in the holster. All of our holsters are designed to function safely when used properly with the firearm intended for that holster.

Holster Alterations by the Customer

DO NOT ALTER YOUR HOLSTER IN ANY WAY. Holsters are made to fit one specific gun, and the tolerances achieved through the forming process we use makes this even more apparent. Any modifications to the holster by a customer could lead to a potentially unsafe condition with the holster. If a holster needs to be modified for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate the needed changes. WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE HOLSTERS OR MODIFY A PURCHASED HOLSTER TO FIT A HANDGUN IT WASN’T MADE FOR. Don’t even ask, our answer will always be no. Any alterations made by the customer to the product from it’s original configuration immediately voids the warranty and excludes Zorn Holsters from any liability with the product.

Holster Condition

It is the customers responsibility to do a daily check of the condition of their holster, including the integrity of the body of the holster and the condition and quality of the hardware, belt loops, belt clips, and snaps. If the holster body or belt attachments exhibit any cracks or tears, DISCONTINUE THE USE OF THE HOLSTER IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT US. All of our holster bodies have an unconditional lifetime warranty. Using a holster with unsafe belt attachments can lead to damage to your firearm and serious injury.

Holster Use

You must be certain that your firearm is securely seated in the holster each time you holster your firearm and before removing your hand from the grip. Firearms must fit snugly into the holster to guard against accidental loss or damage to the firearm. Always keep your finger off the trigger or trigger guard while drawing or holstering your firearm.

Holster Retention

Most of our products come with adjustable retention. Any retention set at our shop is “factory set”. Additional changes to the retention may be needed by the customer to fit their specific likes and needs.

Firearm Security

Carrying a firearm is a serious responsibility that requires constant awareness and preparation. It is your responsibility to exercise extreme caution during any situation where another person may attempt to take away your handgun. Conceal carry holsters require appropriate changes be made to your wardrobe to accommodate the needs of the holster and to conceal the holster safely and securely.

Terms of Sale

As Is

Because we have no control over the use of our holsters, all products are sold “as is” and “with all faults”. The entire risk of the use of the product is assumed by the buyer. If the holster proves itself to be defective after it’s purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer assumes the entire risk of all necessary servicing, replacements, or repairs.

No Liability

Under no circumstances should Zorn Holsters, LLC. be liable for incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of property, commercial loss, and loss of earnings or profits. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply to the product sold.

Product Fitness

The determination of the fitness or the suitability of any product for a specific use is the responsibility of the buyer.

Changes to Products

Zorn Holsters, LLC. reserves the right to make changes in products built and/or sold by them at any time without incurring any obligation to make same or similar changes on products previously manufactured and/or sold by them.


Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Credit Card Information

We never store, log, or transmit credit card information on our servers.

All credit card transactions are handled through a third party processor. Your credit card information is never revealed to us in any portion of the sale process. We process most orders after the sale by using a one time token that charges your credit card. No employee or manager of this company ever has access to your personal credit card information.

Change Orders and Replacement Holsters

To change an existing order, you may do so freely before we begin production.

Any orders currently sitting at PENDING or QUEUE qualify for free adjustments.

Once an order has began production, and is at PROCESSINGIN PRODUCTION, or TEST FIT, there is a 20% fee to modify the order for most options.

Please contact us for more information regarding editing an existing order and if any additional fees will apply.

45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a solid 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of the products we sell. From the date you received the item, you have 45 days to essentially try it out. If you don’t like, if it bothers you, if it doesn’t look good, let us know you want to return it and get it back to us within 45 days of recieving your order.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges back.

Any packages lost or damaged in transit as a result of the return process are the buyers responsibility. Please insure and add tracking to your returns to claim a full refund in the event of a mailing issue.

45 Day Guarantee refunds are governed by our Refund Policy below.


We offer some products and options on our catalog and custom holster configurations that are excluded from our guarantee and are sold AS IS. Any products that are excluded from our guarantee will prompt you to agree to our exclusion terms at the time of purchase. If you choose not to agree to the exclusion policy, we reserve the right to cancel the sale or remove the not agreed upon items from the order confirmation. All other products that do not prompt for the exemption are bound exclusively by the normal terms of our guarantee policy stated above.

Suede wrapped holsters are excluded from returns based on our satisfaction guarantee and return/refund policies, and are REPLACEMENT ONLY products.

Refund and Return Policy

How long is the return period?

All of our products can be returned within 45 days of the delivery date. The products must be returned with all of their original parts and packaging, in like new condition with a visible RMA # on the package, provided by us. Any package returned without this visible RMA # or outside of the 45 day return window will be rejected and returned to sender at their expense.

Order cancellations and Fees

If your order is PENDING or in QUEUE:

If your order is in PROCESSING, IN PRODUCTION, TEST FIT, OR SHIPPING there is a 25% cancellation fee.

What can prevent a full refund or the cancellation of this policy?

If any returned holsters or products are broken or missing parts, that did not result from an error in the shipping process or manufacturing, then you may be subject to a restocking fee, or in most cases the refund policy may no longer apply and the product will be considered bought and subject to our product warranty instead.

Customer Error

Any products returned to us due to customer error are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Examples of customer error include choosing the wrong carry side, the wrong color, the wrong gun light, gun model, or not informing us of major modifications to firearms that requires a complete rebuild of the product.

Please carefully review your order before finishing the checkout and contact us beforehand with any questions before ordering. If you notice an error with your order after submitting the cart, simply contact us through our contact options to make the proper changes. Please refer your order # in all communications with us for faster processing.

How much do I get back on a return?

For any product that fully qualifies under our refund policy, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the item, minus any restocking and original shipping and handling fees, of the item or items being returned.

The charges resulting from returning a product are solely the buyers responsibility.

How do I start the return process?

Contact us at support@zornholsters.com or call us at 888-963-8935. After we receive your return request, it usually will take between 24 to 48 hours to process, at which time you will receive your return authorization number and shipment information. We only accept returns on products purchased through Zornholsters.com.

What forms are refunds issued in?

All refunds are issued in the original form of payment, only after we receive the product in the condition stated above.

Once the product is received, any orders paid with credit card should expect a refund within 7 days of our receiving the product, only on the original card used to purchase the product.


We offer some products on our catalog and custom holster configurations that are excluded from our return and refund policy and are sold AS IS. Any products that are excluded from our return and refund policy will prompt you to agree to our exclusion terms at the time of purchase. If you choose not to agree to the exclusion policy, we reserve the right to cancel the sale or remove the not agreed upon items from the order confirmation. All other products that do not prompt for the exemption are bound exclusively by the normal terms of our return and refund policies stated above.

If You have chosen a ride configuration that does not commonly work and may result in an incorrect or uncomfortable fit, you will be required to provide initials as acceptance. If you are unsure if your chosen configuration may work for your firearm, please contact us before you finish your purchase at support@zornholsters.com to work out the specifics of the build. If you agree to continue with the configuration and place the order, the holster is not returnable and refundable. By initialing you agree to the modified terms of our return and refund agreement. Refusal to initial will result in order cancellation.

Shipping Information

Free Shipping Promotion

From time to time we may announce a FREE Shipping promotion, tied to certain order qualifications.

Additional sales tax and shipping charges do not qualify an order for this promotion.

Replacement holsters for existing orders, holster modifications, service items, and holster swap outs do not qualify for this promotion and are subject to our standard shipping and handling fees.

Free shipping is done exclusively through the cheapest shipping method of our choice. Any customer requirements for signatures, specific delivery dates, package holds, additional insurance, or via an alternative carrier (DHS, UPS, Fedex, etc.) will void this promotion and a standard shipping rate plus handling fees derived from the carrier at the time of shipment will apply to the order.

Expedited Shipping

We offer an expedited shipping options in the cart at the time of order. The expedited shipping option includes our rush fee and the $20 charge for USPS Express delivery. This charge is non-refundable.

We do not insure outgoing orders standard. Please contact us if you wish to add shipping insurance to your order. We only replace orders at our cost where insurance has been requested and paid for by the buyer.

If you wish to have signature service, package holds, or confirmed delivery dates, additional charges will apply, fees are at our discretion and derived from the postage carrier at the time of mailing.

WE DO NOT REPLACE LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES THAT OUR POSTAGE CARRIER HAS SHOWN AS DELIVERED WHERE INSURANCE WAS NOT PURCHASED. Any packages lost in transit or at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer to replace at their cost.
